This Masterclass series is designed for Latino professionals aiming to advance in their careers by leveraging their cultural strengths. The program explores and celebrates the unique leadership styles and Cultural Drivers™ inherent in the Latino community. It offers an interactive platform for participants to share experiences, gain insights, and develop strategies for success, emphasizing practical activities, peer feedback, and coaching.

Latino Cultural Drivers™ are core values and behaviors deeply rooted in an individual's identity, shaped by upbringing, generational narratives, and early environment. These drivers offer a framework for integrating cultural diversity into leadership, enhancing effectiveness, and promoting inclusivity within organizations.

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you should find that the dates no longer work for you after registration, we have 2 simple options:

1. You may transfer your attendance to another date of the same workshop at no extra cost.

2. Ask for a refund.  Note that the following administration fees will be applied: More than 15 business days from the course start date:  15% of registration costs paid. 15 business days or less from the course start date:  30% of registration costs paid.
